We’re Katie and Renee — sisters-in-law, training partners, and co-founders of Swider Sisters Fitness. We’re moms, athletes, and people who believe you can be both strong and stretched thin — and still show up and get after it.

We started this brand to help busy athletes train efficiently, build discipline, and pursue their goals with confidence. From early-morning workouts to race day finish lines (and everything in between), we’ve lived in the tension of fitness + full lives.

Our workouts are short, sweat-heavy, and built for those who want to get stronger without sacrificing what matters most — because strong bodies fuel strong lives.
