Meet KAtie + REnée
We’re Katie and Renee — sisters-in-law, competitive athletes, moms of many, and early-morning workout warriors.
We are the 2024 Female Team Champions and are currently training for the WORLD Championship in June of 2025.
We launched Swider Sisters to help people train hard, push limits, and lead strong lives — even in the middle of yard work, Zoom calls, and school pickups.
